


With more than 13 years of experience in the Canadian Internet space, Simon joined Torstar Digital from Yahoo! Canada, where he was National Sales Director since 2001.
Prior to joining Yahoo! Canada, he spent five years at DoubleClick Canada, leading the media sales business as National Sales Director. Before DoubleClick Canada, Jennings developed and launched ClickThrough Interactive, Canada's first online advertising network. Simon's early entrepreneurial ventures include web development, on-line measurement and auditing, and web consulting.
Over the past decade, Simon has been a leader in the Canadian Internet marketing and advertising industries. Currently, Simon sits on the Board of Directors for the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) of Canada where he held the positions of Chairman (2003) and Vice President, Publishers (2002). In addition, Simon has represented the Internet on the Board of the Advertising Club of Toronto, and has been a member of Association of Internet Marketing and Sales (AIMS) since the mid 1990s.
Simon can be found with his wife Sonia and their 2.5 year old son Oliver at home, at their cottage or on the golf course. Simon is passionate about 4 things; his family, the internet, golf and everything else, in that order.
